Staff really need to know basic allergen information. When someone asks if there is an allergen in a certain dish, they should... say ?let me check? instead of ?I don?t think so?? Extremely rude staff, very disrespectful. Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki which was cold and the portion was very little. Also,... asked for a fountain drink and and when I went to fill my cup I found out the ice machine was broken so the drinks were hot.That should?ve been told the customers before purchasing. I expressed this to the person behind the counter and she was verydismissive. Zero accountability. Also, the tables were so dirty I decided to eat in my car. This location can be hit or miss so it gets a low grade. They are usually out of things I want. Super greens; mustard;... entrees... Take your pick. Asking for sauce gets you none. It's not a good look. I enjoy panda and sadly my local location isn'tthat great. They need to do better for sure. You just never know what's going to happen when you pull up here. Having coupons from Panda express & going to Panda express ..they were not accepted. No one tended to us or made us feel valued... as customers , mind you the place was empty as well as the drive through. I should have just went to taco bell an risk mystomach! Read more
As a previous panda worker I?m very disappointed with the quality food I received from this Hollywood Panda Express. They are... not representing the high quality food that panda is know for. I order lunch for the nursing staff and the food was horrible.The chow mein was dry the entrees was not freshly made. The broccoli in the beef was brown. Panda I know you can do better withthe preparation of the food quality. Very disappointed with the quality of the food we received after spending so much money andcouldn?t enjoy it. Read more
Ordered the chicken teriyaki and fried rice bowl. I don't know what this sad rubbery pile is but it isn't teriyaki chicken. Rice... is under cooked, chicken bites like boiled chicken. Oh and then you're handed teriyaki sauce packets. This is not teriyakichicken on any planet. Disgusting, and inedible. Now I remember why I stopped eating here. Read more
This has by far been my best experience here at panda express. Being that I?m vegan I?m super glad that panda decided to come... out with this new promotion of the ?beyond original orange chicken? at first I was a little bit skeptical in regards to themtrying a little bit too hard to try and make it taste a certain way but they mimicked it to perfection, and I was astounded. Thebrown rice was steam to perfection. Although it was bland, I did add my own sauces, such as soy sauce, chili sauce, andsweet-and-sour, adding all of those sauces, really enhance the flavor of the rice, and truthfully made such a well balanced mix,as well as the beyond original orange chicken explaining it would do it no justice please run to your nearest panda express andtry it out for yourself.
