I ordered a pizza and they sent me the wrong pizza. I called back and the cashier was very rude. They agreed to send another... pizza but insisted I pay an additional $5.25 for delivery fee. First and last time ordering pizza at Papa Johns Pizza. I placed my order at 7:34 pm, received notification that it was on its... way to my house before 8:00 pm. However I received my pizza at almost 8:38 pm an hour after placing the order and almost 45minutes after leaving the locations. My food was completely cold which was not pleasant at all. I didn't even bother to callthe pizzeria because I had previously called and the only answer I received was that my order was on its way and sorry for thedelay. The driver of my order was shown in the app for approximately 30 minutes in the same place without moving. I do notrecommend at all to order pizza in that locality. I will continue to order pizza at Domino's, at least it doesn't arrive cold. Read more

I visited this Papa Johns facility on August 12th at 3:25 pm. I ordered a papadia with a large orange soda and some wings... initially. I went to pick up the item and Mariah (the lady that is in this picture) was assisting me. Initially when I came in,the manager that was on site was going to ring me up. For some reason, Mariah decided to ring me up to which I had no problemswith. Politely, I asked her if there is a discount she could apply to my meal because I was quite familiar with papa johnsoffering small percentages off the entire meal ticket. She rashly responded, No We don't do discounts here. She proceeded toring me up and it came up to 25.00 dollars. Then, I politely asked her to remove the wings so I could pay cash for the papadiaand the orange soda. She pushed the wings on the side and rung me up. This interaction was a precursor to what would happennext. I walked back into the establishment because after opening my papadia , I noticed that even though slightly warm, It hadbeen sitting out for a long time so I asked for my money back. Mariah began to have a back and forth with me and she held ontomy change. As the interaction progressed, Mariah became belligerent towards me and even the other manager tried to step in tohand me my change back. This effort was to no avail. At this point, I was visibly irritated and Mariah kept arguing about themoney. She eventually ended up throwing my change at me as if I was some type of animal after I clearly handed my money into herhand. To this type of action, I was scared and I initially feared for my life as she jumped from behind the counter andthreatened to call the police. I waited for the police, I also filed a report of my own and promised myself never to go backover there. Also, I took the deliberation of writing this message to warn every customer of Mariah's bad attitude. i wrote a review about 20 mins ago saying how my food never arrived. but now it just did. it turns out that they were 2 hrs... late. they apologized and said that they have been waiting for us to come outside. they also said that the calls were blockedbut they tried calling. the delivery guy was actually really nice. the food could do some improvement though. if you like ChuckE. Very disappointed this time from the pizza. I'm ordering through the app for long time now and this time and few times before... we're missing many toppings and they haven't put enough cheese. Most of the times I'm not complaining but this time was too muchfor me. Always they not cutting the pizza evenly and that's sucks. Will never order there again! Driver dropped my entire order and when showed at my door didn't say anything and just handed me... my order and ran away. Once I opened both pizza and few other items it was hell! All the toppings and cheese were all over thebox and off the pizza. When calling the store the so called manager came to the phone and said there is no refund policy and ifneed they will send it again and again until they get it right. I was in shock the manager will actually say that. I willobviously dispute my order and hope this location will get a talk from corporate after refusing to acknowledge the issue. Themanager on top kept saying "sorry you not satisfied with the quality of the food"..... No ma'am even my dogs will not touch itafter your driver dropped it on the floor.
