We asked for light sauce and got a bunch of sauce on our pizza. We can barely pick it up with alk the sauce they added.
I received my pizza within about 30 minutes even though mentioned it would be 1 hr. My pizza was fresh and hot. I enjoyed my... pizza. Now the 4 stars because when I called I had to wait over 15 minutes on hold then the call disconnected and I had to callback and wait another 5 minutes. Read more
90 min to make a pizza? This company has major process problem. Also, no accountability if the pizza is cold. The restaurant... doesn?t even try to expedite. I called and the answer was that they had SIX pizzas ahead of me so the wait was 80 minutes.Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Read more
Literally THE WORST experience I have ever had with any business. Besides the fact I am currently waiting for my pizza (which is... 45 minutes late at this point) I was left on hold for 8 minutes. When they finally pick up he hangs up on me. Now I can?t getanyone on the phone at all. There is no way they are that busy. This pizza was undercooked and when I went in to see if it was ready I was told it would be another 5-7 minutes. I check my app... and the status is picked up. Way too many employees for this nonsense the place was jammed packed and persons were not doinganything. Get it together please. Read more

I have ordered from this Papa Johns for over three years, with no issue until today. I placed a delivery order and made a note,... as I have done in the past, that I needed change for $100. The delivery driver comes, hands me the order, sees my $100 andproceeds to throw a temper tantrum about why didn?t the store tell him he needed change. He takes the $100 and I promptly takeit back and say um, I?m not just giving you $100 to leave with and hope you come back with my change. He grabs the pizza andsoda, throws them in his car and speeds off. I called and spoke with a team member and then she transferred me to the ?manager?who answered the phone with, ?yes hey I spoke with my driver and we don?t accept $100 bills?. I replied that I have used $100 inthe past and that defending his driver who had a temper tantrum in my driveway was unacceptable. He defended his driver againand said my order had been cancelled. Never ever ever have I experienced such a ridiculous reaction from a manager. Never again.Such a waste. Read more
