Horrible service I order 1 cheese pizza that took more than 1 hour and half to be the delivered they pizza came super cold
One of the worst Pizza Store you can order from . You place an order on-line so when you go to pick up your order is not done... their system down. I do not recommend is place to no one its one of the worse Pizza store in the area of Hollywood. Toirresponsable with people orders and thiers never a manger to face you. Read more
Overall terrible experience. The employees barely spoke any English. My order was incorrect, after noticing the order was... incorrect they failed at attempting to make the order, the cashier was sent home for the night mid transaction, another customerwalked in to pick an online placed order and while attempting to pay she was told ?ooops I?m sorry we?re closed? as the employeeshut down the register and left. After trying waiting on my order to actually finally get made, I were told to wait outsidewhile it rained leading me to ask for a refund in which I were then told I could not get a refund paper receipt nor email due tothe Pizza Hut new system. We spent several minutes or longer talking via phone to an alleged GM whom never stated a name norshowed the proof of such. Total mess! I left with no pizza or a refund. Read more
