The staff here are so rude. And I?ve been served more than once stale soup. Then they get even more rude. They ended up kicking... me and my small child out the place because I spoke up about them serving stale food. The tables were never cleaned and when Imentioned it, the Spanish female said I can clean the tables. The manager seems like they don?t care they have their employeesserving stale food and being extremely rude to their customers. The other day too, there was a dead fly in the food containerthere. Walked in. Rude lady said we wouldn't be served without a mask. I think we are past the mask mandates in the Subway stores... here in Florida by now. Really looked like she just didn't want to make us a sandwich. We left. They need to sweep and mopas well. Read more
I ordered food at this location to-go at approximately 12:30 PM on 09/13/2018. When I arrived an employee was already yelling at... a customer by the cashier. I decided to put on my best face because I understand how working customer service is. I was friendlyand speaking up so the employee could hear me due to the loud fans in the restaurant. In the middle of paying for my order, theemployee decided to take a personal phone call. And instead of handing my receipt she just ripped it and tossed it on the table.If this is your work ethic, it may be difficult to advance to a better job. Read more
Today?s date is 7-20-18 at 10:25am. My brother and I just ate at this subway and both couldn?t believe, how clean it was, how... fresh and great the food looked, how nicely the bread looked, and how great the sub was made. This is by far the best experiencewe?ve both had at any subway restraunts. The lady who made the sub definitely cared about the presentation and taste of thefood. This Is my second time here and the costumer service is poor. They seem not to enjoy what they do. When i asked for a chop salad... the person gave a horrible face and then said that the thing to chop salads broke. I asked then for a footlong sandwich and igot a 6 inches and i dont know why i ended up paying so much. $12. ???? Read more
Terrible attention from the girls who attend there, they treat customers as if they were doing us a favor of giving us food and... I as a client I am always polite and I even leave you tips to see if they are kinder but they are never kind at any time of theday. The truth is that this leaves very bad since you are not asking for food there, you pay for Leon to attend politely. Read more
