The service here sucks. I ordered a classic combo with a sierra mist, one chicken quesadilla and 1 pack of cinnamon... delights. After paying, the lady at the window hands me my order , but no drink. When I ask hey where?s my drink? She says myorder didn?t have a drink and I?m like what? When I tell her the classic combo includes a large drink, she answers me backsaying that she charged me for something else so she won?t give me the drink nor rectify the order which she obviously gotwrong. I was not in the mood to argue and ruin my night so I left but I?m Really disappointed with the service here. I go toTaco Bell almost every day but never coming back to this location. Read more
The service is hit or miss here. The food was just gross! I opened up the Chicken Casadea and it made my stomach churn from the... burnt smell! We ordered 6 drinks not sure why they were so low in the cups we were told "they shrink" say they have no cupholders. Ok can I have a bag for them .... We don't have any.....??? They put my food in a paper bag but they don't have any.Yeah that's the kind of thing that happens here a lot. I've stopped coming to this one and go to the one on University by PinesBlvd they are slow but the food is correct and I haven't had these issues. Total disappointment here. I wasn?t even told that they ran out of what belongs in it ? I?m disgusted. No matter what time you go to a fast food... restaurant, food should ALWAYS be fresh!! Going back tomorrow to speak to a manager, this is unacceptable? Read more
This was the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I stood in the store for over 20 minutes before i was asked if I was placing... an order and I said yes. The young lady at the window said you have to order over there. I didn?t know where over there was, sowithout being told I look and saw a kiosk. I said I?m sorry it?s been over a year since I?ve gone into a Taco Bell and Ididn?t know how it work forgive me I?m 71 years old. When I said to her I don?t know how to work that she turned around wentback to the window and proceeded to take orders and the other two young ladies were preparing orders no one bothered to come toshow me what to do or how to place the order the worst customer service ever. I went inside & ordered on the kiosk, there weren't any customers before me, I stood there watching them make orders for the... drive thru & an Uber eats order for 15 mins. when I asked why it was taking so long they (rudely) said they were busy makingdrive thru orders & I had to wait on shud go to the drive thru. I didn't get my food for another 10 mins. clearly they don'tknow what fast food service means for ppl that want dine in services n on top of all that they still messed up my order smh @taco hell on Taft St Read more
