On October 23rd, 2022, I received the worse customer service through the drive thru. I called the costumer care center and spoke... to a representative, and also left a complaint on the website. If I could give this place no stars trust me I would the Worst Wendy?s do not come to this location there customer service is... bad.The manager is always shouting at the employee?s in front of customer?s very rude and improper.I had bought breakfastrecently my order was the maple bacon sandwich itself and the sausage croissant combo with black coffee.After getting mymeal,my way home my meal was burnt I repeat BURNT! I called the merchant directly spoken to the manager and she has the audacityto say to me I quote ?Well that couldn?t be because the food had just got of the grill,so there?s no way it was burnt? like are you kidding me I don?t know why they hire these people if they don?t know proper customer service don?t t promote them.You don?ttreat anyone that way she?s just a miserable lady. Very unhappy with customer care and service ,manager on at 300p was not sympathetic to my feelings, the cashier completely go my... order wrong I had paided $27.00 and additional $14.00 for 3 person meal , I didn't want something for nothing just a littlesympathy for the mix-up,the cashier at the time said she misunderstood what was said. The manager was not pleasant when talkingto me, it was not may fault customer service was not there. I talk in a very calm voice even though I had to go home to see themistake and had to drive and stand in line a set time and when I go my salad it looked like no care was put into making it justthrown together . Their sign says ?Dine-in Open? but they have all of their doors locked. They refuse to open their doors and tell us to go... through the drive thru. We have no transportation and our baby is in the NICU. These workers are absolutely pathetic and theywant more money? Read more

The customer service was terrible. I ordered a 4 for 4 double stack meal without pickles. When I got my food, I was expecting... fresh food. The only item that was fresh in my bag were the fries. After taking the semi-hard bun off my sandwich, I noticedthis white residue on my sandwich. What is this and I'm not going to believe mayo because this sandwich doesn't come with that. Read more
