My fiancé bought me a whopper jr with onion rings and brought it home since I was so hungry from studying all day at the... library. The onion rings were HARD and it was only filled HALF WAY in the cup. Are you guys serious? I'm questioning if yourworkers are getting paid enough because clearly if you have to short the onion rings and have them cooked to the point where itwas barely edible. I work locally in the fire service, my partner and I attended early this evening on the second day of our 48 hour shift. Just... before the food was ready we were paged out for a call and had to leave, we got back perhaps 45 minutes later and of course wereexpecting cold food, it's something you get used to in this job and is why we have a microwave oven at the station. However,they had disposed of the food and insisted on making it again fresh there and then. We were not charged twice, so they took thehit. It was a nice gesture and I for one appreciate it. Came through Drive-thru and when I ordered I asked for my food to be FRESH and the lady said we will get you FRESH food well by... the time that I received my food it was NOT fresh and then when I called and talked to the manager he was very rude about it soI gave it a few days and was in the he area and stopped back I said I'm a give it a second time. I asked for Fresh Food and noice in my cup My Food was not fresh after I told them about it and there was ice In my cup three times did I have to tell thedrive thru person there was ice in my cup I will never go back to this burger king again. Went through the drive through tonight...my son HAD to have a spicy chicken sandwich. They guy said it would be a bit of a... wait..which I was fine with. While waiting, the Manager came out personally to tell me why there was a wait on thesesandwiches.. they end up wasting a lot after a certain time and they are expensive! The fact that he went out of his way toexplain this to me showed amazing management skills! I truly was not upset by the wait because they warned me ahead of time andit came out hot and fresh! I also wanted to say how much I appreciated the workers making an exception to make the sandwich atthe time, since they did say they don't usually make them at this time frame anymore. Normally I order and have everything made fresh, cause if you don't some times you get some rock hard food. I ask the guy... taking orders he is the food pretty fresh if not I'll wait for the good to be made fresh, and he was like yeah the foods fresh. I take his word for it, get home 10 minutes later, and amazing enough, I get a really dry sandwich, and hard chicken nuggets.Amazing Read more
Don't go here! This restaurant is disgusting. They ALWAYS forget something in your bag when in the drive thru. How hard is it to... remember an extra sandwich. The staff do not care about you. The food is tainted, the scary looking employees worries people,are they from the local jail or are they pink haired, nose ring losers that can't get a good career? The cost is high....nowonder why they are never busy. They don't apologize or even give a free fry if you have to drive back and pick up what theyforgot. Again, do not go this gross place!!!
