Gorgeous inside. Love the no-contact ordering kiosk. Still takes awhile to get your order it seems.
The La Crosse area has some of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I think some people need to venture out to other places... and see if they still get the quality/service like they do here. Read more
Usually I don't mind the ot mc Donald's today thought was rough for me. Ordered 3 happyeals for my teenage children just yo get... the Halloween buckets nobody thought to say were out of stock until the very end when I'm handed my food. No milks no apples nosodas. I was left upgrading my drinks to shakes just so I would have something with my food. Very unhappy with thos one. May notcome back for some time thanks for ruining my experience Read more

930 am. out of coffee drive thru. Ate patatoe patty and 4/5 ths of b fast sandwich before the come out with coffee..young kid... tossed hands up in air when I said why did it take 5 minutes for coffee..maybe costumer service isn't for her ???? Read more
I usually never have any bad experiences here but the last two days have been disappointing. I went here yesterday and got two... filet o fishes and large fries, the fish tasted bad and the fries were old. I went there this morning for breakfast and ordered4 hash browns, a bacon egg and cheese and an egg and cheese biscuit. The hash browns were fine and my husband said the bacon eggand cheese was fine but my sandwich didn?t even have the egg... so it was just cheese and biscuit. Very disappointed Read more
I will say this whole attitude of not making products that are limited time in an amount that will not cause serious waits is as... ridiculous as turning off an ice cream machine and saying it's not working. We waited 20 minutes for a pie, the guy next to uswaited 15, I'm sorry we all know they aren't fresh. This location has consistently had issues and staff have had excuses for whyadvertised products are either cold or need excessive amounts of time to make. Thanks for the cold food then having us wait evenlonger for the food to get even colder waiting on a cold pie that "needed to be made". Read more
