I ordered my usual at the drive thru, the girl at the window was so lovely. I loved the service but they ended up messing... something up on my order, i gave the store a call and let them know, they offered to remake it for me. I got there and it wasdone and perfect, they denied me when I tried to pay for my remake tho. The customer service here was amazing, absolutely nocomplaints. Read more
Everyone here is just so great at their job! They're courteous, quick, and always work to ensure everything is up to the... highest standards. Everyone wears masks, which is important right now, but no one seems bothered. It hasn't cut down on theirability to deliver top-notch service at all times. Read more
This location really needs to step up their game. I keep giving them a chance as there are so few options in Holmen and I?m... nearly always disappointed. Between staff that is at best unfriendly and often outright rude, to drive thru orders that arecompletely wrong, to consistently being out of standard sandwiches - this place needs an overhaul. I stopped on a Saturday wellbefore closing and used the drive thru (paid at the menu), only to be told at the window that they are completely out of breadand can only use flatbread. Also out of the main meat for another sandwich. The attitude from one of the employees was again,outright rude. Saving grace was the that the other employee seemed embarrassed. This Subway is a joke - steer clear and chooseany other location. Or better yet, choose any other restaurant. Read more
This is the literal slowest drive thru ever. Usually I?m not in a hurry because I know it?s slow so normally I?m okay waiting... 12-20 minutes because they order is usually correct. Yesterday they forgot to put cheese on my sub and didn?t toast it and Ididn?t notice until I got home. Oh well, they were busy. The food is usually good, just don?t expect it quickly. Read more
They stopped selling oven roasted chicken breast. It's the only thing at Subway I liked. I won't be eating at any Subway... anymore. Read more
