They should definitely check all the food ordered is in the bag, before handing it to the customers. Order was not complete in... the bag when handed to me. Read more
The Holmen Wisconsin is very hit and miss when it comes to service and food. There's been multiple times where they're out of... rice and steak at 6pm. The other issue is the speed in which they move the drive thru line. Anytime they have any kind of lineit's an over 4 minute wait to place an order because they only handle one car/order at a time. When there are actually people working, the food is good, but don't be fooled by the hours listed here, on the Taco Bell... website, or in the Taco Bell app. I placed an order in the app shortly after 9pm; the order was paid for and accepted by TacoBell, but when I arrived, the place was closed - two and a half hours before posted closing time.
