The Holmen Wisconsin is very hit and miss when it comes to service and food. There's been multiple times where they're out of... rice and steak at 6pm. The other issue is the speed in which they move the drive thru line. Anytime they have any kind of lineit's an over 4 minute wait to place an order because they only handle one car/order at a time. When there are actually people working, the food is good, but don't be fooled by the hours listed here, on the Taco Bell... website, or in the Taco Bell app. I placed an order in the app shortly after 9pm; the order was paid for and accepted by TacoBell, but when I arrived, the place was closed - two and a half hours before posted closing time. Out of the four locations in my area not a single one serves breakfast even though multiple have the signage, also opening hours... seem to vary daily and are posted incredibly incorrect. When the lights are on, there are people in the building and the storehours and website say you are open. Least you could do is something to keep cars from lining up at the drive through. In thiscase not only did I drive an extra 30 min out of the way (because I enjoy your products) but I also waited 10 minutes in a drivethrough line that wasn't even open behind two other vehicles doing the same. As I have had similar experience at each locationnow, I can only assume that regional management is severely lacking. Read more

Was there at 730ish on 6/9/22. The manager was VERY unprofessional. Swearing loudly at trainees while I (a paying customer) and... other people were in the lobby. I get it can be stressful but there's no need to swear at trainees. Read more
Great food, clean restaurant, and friendly staff. Order is always fresh and timely!
