Good atmosphere, friendly people and cleanest McDonald's bathrooms I've seen keep up the work and service
99% of my issues with this place are with the one male manager. This manager has had a huge attitude problem for years now. He... berates his employees who are literally children as if they were 40 year olds. Seen him on a few occasions blow up on customerswho were being nothing but respectful to him. My final straw was him snapping at me implying I was wasting his time by simplyasking for a condiment that isn't listed on the order kiosk that I was willing to pay for. I ignored the years of eye rolls,talking smack under his breath, and literal huffing this man did every time he took my order. But him snapping was what brokethe camel's back. This was the only "good" McDonald's in this area, but I'm willing to drive all the way to Springfield if thatmeans me and my family are not blatantly disrespected by this manager, and that we don't have to hear him literally bullyingchildren that work there. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and received a double cheeseburger that had to be sitting around for some time. No... ketchup, no salt or pepper and I guess you have to ask for napkins if you want them. Unbelievable really imo Read more
Only the drive through was open, and the line wrapped all the way around the building until it blocked people trying to leave... the parking lot 2 burgers took 11 minutes. They were dangerously underdone and had to be thrown out. Read more
No weird odors/ customer service was fantastic/bathrooms where neat and again no odors soap in the dispensers and the urinals... and sink drains work I thanked the manager for having employees that do their jobs to help make the customer experiencegreat Maybe the stores in philadelphia should visit to see how it SHOULD be done Hint Hint McDonalds managers in philly Read more
I?ve been here a few times and I love the environment here, nice and relaxed, and the decor is very nice and also very quick... service too. The staff is nice and helpful. McDonald?s has some of the best nuggets, those are always one of my go to meals whenI come here. Read more
There?s a young male first window cashier that keeps calling me gorgeous even when my boyfriend is there, I?m there to get... breakfast or lunch not get flirted with. I never respond to it but it?s uncomfortable and i wish he?d stop. I?ve tried dodginghim by not going here in the afternoons but he?s there during breakfast sometimes ugh. Often there?s always something off withmy order. They forgot my cheese on my sausage egg and cheese, yesterday they gave me the wrong type of egg on my sandwich whichmade it taste a lil worse.
