Place is only as good as their employees and they must suck pretty bad. Ordered two burgers, both made completely wrong. Missing... an entire large fry, missing sauce, got the wrong drink, all in one order! Slow as hell on top of it all. Read more
Placed my order at 2:08 pm on Tuesday the 30th ?.. took about 5 - 10 min to get 2 cheeseburgers and to top it off the second I... got my peaches and cream pies the guy asked how much time is left on them and they say ?oh there expired ? so I pay for expiredpies and then throw the other ones in garbage in front of me?!? We had to stop for a bathroom break, on a schedule to make Sioux City before 6. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 3 fries ,a small... chicken strip, and a monster lettuce wrap. We waited while everyone else got their food, employees coming off break standingaround, not doing anything but talking and fist bumping One gal trying to do it all, we watched our food come up and sit in thewindow, no one bagged it or brought it out. My husband finally asked if we could get our food, not so nicely, and one guyleisurely went back to start bagging it, but the conversation he was having with his buddy must have been way more important,because they chatted some more, which obviously he couldn't talk and work at the same time because the bagging ceased whilethey talked. Another fist bump and he finally got our order bagged. Brought it to the counter and when my husband grabbed it andmade it clear that he wasn't happy. Your fella at the counter found my husband's frustration quite humorous, laughing as weleft. We won't be back, the soggy cold food made that totally clear. As for Mr giggles at the counter.... he's lucky he didn'tget slapped. Do better Hardee's. Read more
I shared some pictures of my Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. As you can see this was very weak. This will never compete with any... other chicken sandwiches from other restaurants. The food was fine for the most part, the design was interesting, and they serve Coca-Cola products, but I got soggy and cold... fries a few times I went there. Also, one of my friends had their burger incorrect. Read more
Waited 30 minutes in drive thu for food we were the only ones in drive thu an it took the lady at the counter awhile to come ask... for the money. My food was hot when I got home but it was just thrown together I'm not very happy, every time we go there it isa long wait. My sandwiche was wrapped the wrong way an it's all sloppy.
