Had a medium iced mint mocha - was delicious. Toaster also "caught on fire" 10/10
Don't expect much. All I wanted was a 10 oz cup of coffee. They took my money right away like any good contractor, but then sent... me into a line to wait behind 12 whiny breakfast customers. 20 minutes for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. I'll never be back,and I'm sure they don't care. Read more
I currently work across the street and the environment is always super chill and friendly. Sometimes, before or after work, I... have to wait for my boss to open or can't stay after to wait for my ride so being able to come and hang out in the winterwithout feeling like I am unwelcome always makes my day a bit better! If they get something wrong (or even if you did becauseyou did not understand) they are kind and very accomodating! Edit 4/16/22 No longer work across the street. I came to biggby coffee on this wonderful autumn day in Holt. Little did I know, darkness was waiting. I received a 20 ounce... cookie butter cold brew (with cold foam) and to my surprise, it was not stirred. Now, I?m not one to murder turtles so I didn?task for a straw. However, drastic measures still had to be taken for me to enjoy my drink. Yes. I?ll admit it. I made a stickinto a shiv with my pocketknife as a makeshift stirrer. Honestly, it was a humbling experience. Did the barista set me up?Maybe. But I learned a valuable lesson today. Kill that turtle, get that straw. Read more
