Ordered 3 frozen drinks, basically got 2.5 drinks. I don't understand how they would find a drink being 3/4 filled acceptable to... be sent out. They refused to fill it for me when I asked too. Read more
I would not recommend this Burger King to anybody it took 25 minutes in line when there was only one car in front of us he... ordered a frozen Coke and a Whopper jr. Meal that took 25 minutes once he left the line when we got up there I approached it andask her what was the problem and she said they cannot hire employees because the management is so bad so we did get our food andthen we went to McDonald's I would not recommend Burger King especially this restaurant to my worst enemy or even somebody thatI wanted to poison because to be honest the food we got I actually fed to my neighbor's dog it was so bad I definitely wouldrecommend McDonald's Read more
Understandably they had a very large orders in the Drive-Thru but it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make 2 burgers, 2 fries... and jalapeno bites. On top of that why did you guys give out 5 ORDERS AFTER US and our food was still cold. Next would have tobe the incompetent workers, we had 2 coupons (one for burger day which was FREE and the other one was a regular coupon) and yesstill made us pay for the FREE BURGER. The manager was tall and very sweet/understanding but his teenage coworkers obviouslydon't care about their job. One more thing, even serving those 5 set of people before us, THE CREW GOT THEIR ORDERS WRONG ASWELL, they still didn't wanna listen and replace the orders. Sam, the Manager of BK in Holt went above and beyond with my order today! They were short staffed as it was only her and a cook... working. However, she was extremely friendly and waited on drive thru and the front line in a timely manner. Great job! Fastfood people are working hard and need our patience right now more than ever! I ordered a whopper. Which does not even come with bacon. I am Muslim and do not consume pork for religious reasons,... unfortunately they decided to put bacon on my whopper. A single piece right in the middle which leads me to believe it wasdefinitely intentional. Their service was already unprofessional and rude so I knew to look at my food before eating it and manwas I upset to find that. I feel targeted by them for my religion and that's unacceptable. It's 2020 and were still dealingwith bigots. Terrible experience with rude/professional management and workers. I will be contacting corporate and every newsoutlet in the area.
