Forgot garlic cream cheese and there was maybe 6 pieces of sausage on my whole pizza. Called to complain and they wanted to... credit me $20 but I was hungry and just wanted what I ordered. They wanted the pizza that was messed up back and wanted to giveme attitude when I called to complain. This place needs better management or just to pay attention to what they are doing. We ordered 2 small pizzas which took about an hour and 20 mins to get delivered. Then my doorbuster pizza was missing extra... cheese and the flavored butter parmesan garlic crust. This is not the first time that it's taken way more of a reasonable amountof time to have my small pizza made and delivered, not to mention properly made. It's good pizza don't get me wrong but my God lol. I order because I like their Cajun crust. 5x in a row they've forgotten and... the last 3x I've added it in the special instructions. This time they just covered the entire pizza it in garlic butter, I canhardly even taste the pizza... Its awful lol. I just don't understand how they can't even get a simple thing like the crustflavor right 5x in a row. Hopefully happys pizza opens up again soon. Read more
I ordered a thin crust BLT with sesame seeds from Grub Hub. The order went to Cottage Inn as a thick crust cheese pizza. I... called the store to let them know because this was the third time.
