Very disappointed. Our food arrived over an hour after ordering and seeing total time till delivery 45 minutes. Both of our... HOT subs were cold and soggy from condensation and our large order of Asian wings were cold. We live 1.4 miles from thelocation. This location has a poor delivery time as well as cold food. I wouldn't recommend this location. Go to HungryHowie's in DeWitt and pick it up. By the time you get home it will still be warm. Read more
The absolute worst experience!! Having proof of your purchase means nothing here. We were delivered burned pizza and was told... the ovens weren't working properly and could get a replacement later. Called to place the new order and was rudely handled bythe manager who put no real effort to find out what actually happened and hung up in our face after he threatened to remove usas customers. Typically we don't have issues with this location but the manager, Chester, should NOT be a manager but Managedhimself. Read more
First time ordering, they made a slight error on the toppings, but went above and beyond to make things right. (The pizza was... great!) I wish I could give them 10 stars for customer service. All staff have been very friendly on both occasions when weordered. Second time order was correct, but seemed light on sauce (dry) - unlike the first pizza. Bought several pizzas to split & freeze for later. So far 3 out of 4 packages have hair in the pizza. Not ours!
