I went there over an hour before closing; 6:45pm, was told that they are not cooking anymore pizza and it was almost dark... inside. So I got what was available ( hot and ready and breadsticks) the pizza wasn?t fully cooked and had no sauce on it. I hadto put it in my own oven! Why even be open at all? Read more

The drive thru moved quickly and the guy at the window was friendly. Our pizza was just right for eating, temp wise, which was... perfect for our traveling situation. Also, we fed 3 people for under $10 ???? Read more
Completely disappointed. Ordered the new round old world pepperoni with the caramelize crust. What I got was a undercooked hot... and ready with a pile of regular pepperoni. No special crust. This place apparently doesn't follow corporate menu. Stay away. Read more
Absolutely blown away how terrible this location is. Called 3 times between 6:30pm-6:50pm and no one answered the... phone/voicemail is full. Finally just drove to place an order. As I parked they informed me they were drive thru only. Got inthe drive thru and informed the person working that I tried to call a few times to order a slices n stix. He said they don'ttake custom orders after 7pm (I obvisouly tried to call a few times prior to 7pm) and they are open until 8pm. I stated thatthis place is a joke and he replied "yeah screw you too". My wife picked this up tonight from the Holt location after tball. This is un acceptable and on top of that it wasn't even cut... just thrown in the box. Great job guys!!!! On top of that @ 7:02p.m she picked this up and no crazy bread was ready and was toldthey are done with making that cause they close at 8. Seriously? Jolly and cedar here we come!!? Read more
Bought a thin crust veggie pizza from them Monday and it looks like someone literally dropped it and put it back in the box.... Thankfully I checked it before driving off. I went back inside and opened the box for them, I said this is terrible I would likea refund. He huffed & went to the window register, gave me a receipt and I left. When I got home, I looked at the receipt & hedidn't even give me the full refund. This isn't the first time they messed up this badly. I used to love going here, but theservice and food quality has really gone downhill. Thankfully the manager, Curtis, gave me the correct refund. Read more
Store is supposedly open at 11am and clearly no one was either inside or outside. Had I known, I wouldn't have placed an online... order to pickup at 1:30pm. Called with no response and waited around for about 10 minutes only to see more customers try to goin as well, with no success. Do not order from this location. Utter disappointment. Read more
