Had to wait for nuggets but they were doing a fresh batch and brought them right out
My daughter and I stopped here for lunch while we were in town. There was no one up front at the register, so I tried to order... on the touchscreen, and it had such trouble loading. So I went to order up at the register and wait for someone to finallynotice me. We ordered a kids meal, a McChicken and a value fry. When we got our meals they forgot my fires. I tried to standwith my receipt to show them I didn?t receive part of my meal, but no one Acknowledge me, so I just went to sit down. Iunderstand that a lot of fast food places are trying to go all electronic for ordering meals, but there still should be someoneavailable to interact with the customers or at least someone should ask if a customer needs assistance at least. I don?t livenear this McDonald?s, but next time I come to Holt I definitely won?t chance wasting my money here. Read more
Fast service and polite staff. The reason for 4 stars is because I ordered a cheeseburger and an Oreo McFlurry, while I had all... the ingredients my Flurry consisted of vanilla ice cream with Oreo sprinkles on top nothing mixed in so I mixed it myself andeverything turned out all right. Read more

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal with a LG sweet tea - regular tea barely a piece of chicken the size of a tender lettuce... everywhere and 1 tiny tomato. Had to repeat the drink 3 times and they STILL got it wrong Read more
Used the McDonald's app to order our food. The app was easy to use. We paid for our order within the app and it only took about... 5 minutes for someone to bring it out. The food was nice and fresh. The girl who brought it out was friendly. Definitelyrecommend downloading this app! Read more
10/10 best Carmel frappe I?ve ever had made, I originally ordered the ice coffee but you guys were out and the young lady at the... last window made this masterpiece in its replacement ???? so miss if you were working @10:00 on Monday night I will be orderingfrappes only from you!!!!!! Ignorant &Rude manager! Rudest manager I've met in a while today at 430p on 10/26/22! Couldn't speak to me or my children! Then... they had the kids' order wrong & several times asked them to fix it while we waited in the car! Even with a receipt I wasquestioned by the rude & racist manager about my order and then made to wait for another 30mins for my little girls PLAINmcdouble!
