I went in on 9/20 for lunch and saw an employee fiddling with his mask while making someone's lunch. I watched him do it twice... before I had a chance to say something. He adjusted his mask and touched the food with the same hand. That is disgusting, andfor speaking up I got an attitude from the individual saying I'm not taking the mask off. Not once did I say take the mask off,I told him to stop playing with it. Nevermind the fact that he contaminated the whole pan of meat. I will never go there again. Read more
If you run out of Italian bread, you should at least give the person the option of picking a different bread, not deciding for... them; or act like you have no idea why the customer doesn't have the correct break on their sandwich when they call to ask why.This place has really changed over the past year or so; it's getting real old. Often get double mayo, because we like our mayoon the bread, not in the middle...just seems to be a mess there now; assuming poor management now. Read more
We used their coupons we got in the ???? recently and enjoyed 3 delicious ???? subs for a very reasonable price. They have very... friendly employees who gave us great service. You should be proud of all the great team members you have cause there are a lotof places struggling with employees and when they don't have employees they shut down or close early. Went to get a breakfast sandwich before work and was told they didn?t open for 1 minute and that they didn?t have any bread... anyways! My wife managed a subway for 8 years, so I know that bread is supposed to be prepared the night before for the nextday as it has to thaw from the freezer. I suggested she talk to the manager and she stated that she was the manager and thatthe owner only had them doing it this way. With an attitude. Clean, fresh and friendly. My favorite location. Only flaw is the parking, its small and limited. But worth it considering you... get to enjoy your food, the way it should be. Read more
