Went there today, told my the system was down at 10:00pm told me I can wait 10-15 minutes in the parking lot. Honestly sounded... like they weren?t being honest, I always see the managers fooling around at this location sometimes outside in the parking lotchillin. Seems like this location is not run well. Honestly I would give zero Stars if I could. Tonight I was in the Drive-Thru and I ordered a number eight which is three hard... shell Doritos tacos and a drink and a beefy 5 layer on the side. My total ended up being $15.60 something cents. I get up to thewindow to pay and the cashier mumbles what I was led to believe was my total. After further inspection I saw on the receipt thatI was charged $11.50 something for 2 bean burritos and a beefy 5 layer. When the cashier opens the window to hand me my order, Isaid "hey I think you may have gotten your orders mixed up I have the three hard shell tacos and a drink order" (I understandthat things happen, people drive off sometimes, no big deal.) So she takes the bag back, turns to the manager that was there(who looked like he clearly didn't care) and tells him what happened. He asked me "do you remember your total?" I say "yeah itwas $15.60 something I believe." I heard him tell the cashier "just give him the cheaper one" so the cashier grabs another bag(what I was led to believe was my actual order) and says "have a nice night", I remind her I got a Baja Blast as well. She looksfrustrated but gets me my drink, says "have a good night" and I drive off. Now I get home just to find that they gave me thewrong order from the 1st time. So now not only do I have the wrong order BUT you guys acknowledged that I received the wrongorder and yet gave it to me anyways? Completely unprofessional guys. Read more
They hand enough employees on hand so there was not much of a wait at the drive thru. Food was appetizing and tasty.
This is the second time I?ve had to cancel my mobile order because they never have staff! Clearly there needs to be some better... management or something because why are people always walking out you? Get it together Taco Bell! Read more
I don't really expect Taco Bell to be good food, but this place is just ridiculous. You'll get a hilariously small amount of... meat, with the other ingredients thrown on top haphazardly (or just missing). The food looks like the person who made it wasintentionally trying to make it as poorly as possible. Lot of lettuce though, in between the tiny morsel of meat and the tinymorsel of cheese! Had horrible experiences multiple times. One morning I waited for 5-10 minutes to put an order in, but for a place to say... they're open at 7 (and I was there at 9:50am) and no one wanted to take my order is a monstrosity. Also, you really can't gothere late at night. Another car and I waited in the drive-thru for a while until we both decided to go down the street toanother Taco Bell (shout-out to 5634 S Cedar St, Lansing, MI 48911 Taco Bell for an outstanding service.) This Taco Bell in Holtis the biggest shame I have ever seen. I was so excited to finally have a Taco Bell of our own, but now I regret ever wantingsuch a place to exist here. Read more
Slow always so slow to get drive thru. 20 min wait. 2 cars ahead of me, also was told the cant give me a soda with my meal. Sat... at the window for 5 minutes and watched employee draw on the stainless Countertop. Read more
