Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in about three years. Staff would leave and hid behind dumpsters and meet with friends. All of... them looked high. I would never go back or recommend. Sad thing I will never stop at any Sonic because of this experience. Read more
UPDATE THE HOURS on the app and website saying you close at 10 pm, NOT 11 pm. I ordered through the app, and my order... disappeared at 10:15 as I pulled into Sonic. Knocked on the window, and Shaggy from Scooby-Doo informed me that my order hadbeen canceled because they closed at 10 pm. He said, "The hours are on the marquee sign," to which I replied, "Do you think Ican read the marquee sign from 10 miles away??" So needless to say, a 20-mile round trip for absolutely NOTHING. I went for breakfast at 930 am. I checked online and it says they open at 7am so I push the red button and two other cars are... sitting there as well. I sat for 15 minutes and no one answered my red button so as I'm leaving I see all the workers outsidesmoking not taking orders. If you don't open at 7 maybe you should change the hours online. It took 20 minutes to get a hamburger, fries, and 4 drinks. The fries were old and droopy. There were more employees than the... couple of cars in the drive-through. The car hop had a hard time counting back change. All teenage kids it looked like. Read more
Mobile ordering is never available at this location. I miss out on a lot of in-app exclusives and deals. The next Sonic location... is a good 30 miles away. The food is mediocre, but getting better Bring back my mobile ordering option and I?d probably give 4or 5 stars. Read more

I never really do these but I just had to tonight. I came in around 9 to 10 pm. Ordered my food through the app. Like usual.... Just wanted to give a kudos to the amazing staff on the night shift tonight they were insanely packed and the staff was alldoing an incredible job.
