I ordered a gallon mar go rita and food on doordash for some friends who came over, when i got it it had tinfoil for a cap, it... was very unsanitary. I've ordered this before and it had a sealed cap that you can close and keep fresh in the fridge we didn'tplan to drink it all tonight. I called chillies and talked to a very rude manager who basically tried telling me that theydidn't have caps, after pretending he couldn't hear me, and talking every time I spoke, he begrudgingly refunded the drink andhung up. I'm extremely unhappy with this chillies, it was a very frustrating experience! what genius puts wrinkled foil on adrink for a cap!!!! The door dash guy was very professional, at first I thought he might have opened it on the way but he didnot, it was just a brilliant manager that was obviously thinking at his highest capacity (NOT!!!!) Good food just very cold at this place every time we go & takes them a long time to give u a table. They skipped us twice, we... were there 1st and they have your table away twice. I spoke to the manager about it & she just disregarded it. Read more
I gave this review a 5, although 4 1/2 would have been more accurate. Stayed away from Chili's for a long time as a result of a... past experience, at another location, but decided to try it again. Surprisingly good food, VERY good service and excellentparking. They had some 2 for one drink deals which was a treat. We had chicken fajitas (get the steak), shrimp tacos which werebetter than expected and a bowl of chili. Good satisfying comfort food with no bad results following, if you know what I mean.Even though it was crowded, with families, the acoustics worked much better than most. Worth a stop in for sure, IMHO. Read more
Chilli's is one of those chains that you can consistently find good comfort food. The chicken enchilada soup is a national... treasure, my daughters would disagree saying it's the potatoe soup. The ribs are also consistently good. The rest of the familyloves the lunch combos, if only they had a limitless soup option. Read more
Dont get take out at this location. They give the worst portions. I got a soup and salad wifey got beef nachos and soup. I shook... up my salad it was barely half full. This is considered a bowl of soup (not a cup) and it was gone in a few bites. They barelyfilled the "bowl". Maybe they gave me a cup by accident but this is sad. Nachos is missing ingredients. What a joke this placeis. 40 bucks down the drain. I guess this is their way of making you go inside. Wendy's gives better salad portions. Read more
Fast & efficient service :) nice atmosphere, everything you?d expect from a regular chili?s, the bbq deal featured was delicious... and super filling, all the sides were good and paired nicely with the food we got.
