My wife and I are both seniors who only eat at outdoor dining at restaurants because of Covid. I called ahead to make sure the... outdoor was open which I was assured it would be. When we arrived at On the Border we were instructed by the host and waitressmanager that the outdoor dining was closed. We ask for the manager. Manager John came over and immediately opened up the outdoordining otherwise this would have been a different review. John was very attentive to my wife and I as so was our waitressKatlin. We enjoyed a wonderful evening at On the Border with John and Katlin's help. Hopefully more restaurants will keep theiroutdoor dining open especially like this one where there is a fireplace or heaters for seniors and people with health conditionswho can not afford to get Covid. The food was great, we literally got full off the appetizer, But most of all the service was great Jamie our server was awesome,... she recommended the best margarita drink for me and I don't drink margaritas loved it.She went above and beyond. Read more

If I could give it no stars I would Only went here to support my son's football team fundraiser Our order was horrible I ordered... close to $80 worth of food that I wouldn't have paid more than $40 for The kids chicken tenders and fries stated it came with 4tenders and fries.. I got 3 orders for 3 different kids, each order came with 3 tenders NOT 4 and maybe a handful of fries ifthat,one order had 11 fries (yes my daughter counted) my husband got the chicken fajitas and you should see the cheese lettuceand pico they gave him with it (pictured below) And I had the steak quesadilla which was supposed to be steak cheese peppers andonions and had NO peppers or onions (very dry) Times are hard I get it that's why I placed a to go order and no sit down butNEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE 1ST AND LAST TIME For a restaurant who is doing a fundraiser you should be at your best and makepeople want to come back very very disappointed I should have known something wasn't right because the place was empty Read more

Been here multiple times and sad to say I won't return anymore. Had a graduation dinner with family for my wife in June and... service was not like it used to be food came out cold and just a bad experience. We brushed it off to a bad night. We returnedlast night and it was disgusting. Our waitress was more worried about her friends and boyfriend getting the best service anddidn't care about anyone else. 25 minutes for drinks from the bar, 15 minutes after my fajita platter was given to get theshells for them on top of the platter coming out luke warm not sizzling or even hot to touch. By that time the food was sittingcold already. Then after being told if you need more shells just let me know. Took 20 minutes to get another set from adifferent waitress because our waitress was talking to friends about people they know being pregnant. Food did not taste likeusual chicken tough and chewy prices up quality and quantity down. Its sad because this used to be a good spot for good food butservice and food now in the gutter with big price tags. Couldn't wait to pay the bill and leave.
