Went in today and they made my sandwich wrong and the AC was actually on. Came back for a new sandwich and owner turned off the... AC and it was sweltering already., within an hours time. Disgrace. Was there yesterday it was too hot in there. What kind of owner keeps their employees so hot they are sweating into our food?... Inhumane treatment of customers and employees. Doesn't care about anyone but keeping bills down. Shameful! I really feel bad foremployees who have to stay for hours in sweltering conditions like it is a sweat shop. 2 week update::::: came back today andit was 80° at 8am. Surely your landlord would have fixed it by now, no? This HAS GOT TO BE against the law to force youremployees to work in such conditions. I will look for the landlord today myself and ask who is in charge of fixing it. If I comeback tomorrow and it is still hot I will be in contact with the board of labor ans the board of health as it cannot be good forall the food out on display to be in such heat all the time. Ordered once through Uber. One of the best sandwiches I ever had. Order was correct. Ordered again this morning order was a... little messed up. My sandwich was supposed to be on a roll it was on a hero roll. Iced coffee was supposed to be small I gotthis huge iced coffee. Orders two bags of ruffles got lays. 4 Stars because the tatted guy that works there is always so nice. He is helpful and goes out of his way to make sure whatever I... order is perfect. Unlike the Spanish woman that works there who seems like she constantly is having a bad day, not polite andquite honestly rude to customers. We moved here a few months ago and this was one of the first spots I ate. We?ve been consistent customers until recently when I... bit into a bunch of dirt that was in my omelette. My food today was half the size, double the price, and obviously not washed! Iam 5 months pregnant and that is very risky so I cannot eat here anymore.
