My first experience at 110 Grill was very enjoyable. The greeter and server I had were top-notch in customer service, very... friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich with Garlic Mashed Potatoes as a side. The sandwich wasstacked a little too high for easy eating. My beverage was the 110 Blueberry Lemonade. Overall great experience at 110 Grill. Great service, delicious food. The food was the best part which is what you’re always... hoping for. I was here with work colleagues. This is a good place for a date night or a work dinner. We had a large group (9people) but 4 stars because our dinner did take over 35 minutes from the time we placed our order to receiving it. It wasn’t abig deal though, we enjoyed the atmosphere and we had great service. Just don’t be in a rush when you’re here. Read more

This was our first time eating here located in the Holyoke Mall on the upper level near JC Penney. The people there are... friendly and attentive. It's a little more pricey for what you get, probably because it located in the area mall, but its notcost prohibitive. Its American cuisine but they put their own take on it. I would go again as it was decent enough. Since I haveonly been here once so far, I can't say if they are slow with orders. It took us longer than what we thought it should take, butthis may be how it always is, I cant say yet. They seem like they have lots of customers, so give them a try! Read more

The food is fine. Nice presentation. Solid salads. Really tasty tomato soup. The service is slow though. The margaritas need... work. Oversalted rim (see photo) and extra tart mix. The kitchen is exposed to customers and exposes the holes in systems forthis restaurant: Staff speaks rudely to management, customers can hear personal conversations of kitchen staff and kitchen staffdoesn't move with any urgency or a plan. Because the kitchen is open, customers can see the food coming out from the kitchen andjust sitting for a while to be picked up. Our table was having a great time chatting so the wait didn't bother us but there wereothers around us that seemed displeased. If they could fix these issues, it would be a decent spot. Read more
Time of visit: 11/24/2021 at 6:30 pm. The servers are friendly however I did not like the food a bit. I was served with the... most oily food there was ever made. The Chicken Caprese I ordered was burnt and Salmon was overflowing with butter. The onionstrings were too oily to eat. I dont think the calorie value mentioned in the menu is true. The tomato soup was the worst I’vehad ever. Barbecue chicken nachos hardly had the chicken and the aluminium tray on which it was served was dancing all around. Iwould never go there again. Read more
Ordered the super fresh Thai salmon dish with Jasmine rice and broccoli slaw. The salmon had a nice kick to it! Had to have... dessert. My choice was the flourless chocolate cake with extra whipped cream. Our server brought a side of whipped cream!! Lovedit. Amazing. Everything was superb-food and service as well as the company.
