Good restaurant in the holyoke mall. Wouldn't suggest sitting at the bar if it's busy. Decent service and food. I'd go back.... Love the tenders and tips and the fried cauliflower is good. Read more
99 wants us to order online but there website is Terrible to order from . I can?t even customize my order or add on. Either the... company needs to update there website or go back to taking orders over the phone. On the plus side the customers service pieceis Great ! Everyone is super nice !!! Went today for an early dinner. Noticed the cutlery that was on the table was dirty. I asked the waitress for new cutlery and... she gave us plastic forks and knives. When my dinner arrived, I asked for actual cutlery because I can't cut meat with a plasticknife. She came back with a butter knife but I still had a plastic fork. Makes no sense, just bring me real clean cutlery...???Anyways my dinner was supposed to come with a side of cranberry sauce which it didn't but at this point I wasn't gonna argue.Food was good but again I'm not sure why we had dirty cutlery to begin with and why it was such a big to do to get new ones. My partner and I didn't even get a chance to fully experience this location. When we walked in the staff member didn't greet us.... He simply looked at us and we said it was just going to be us two. As we walked to our table the place was DISGUSTING. Thefloors looked like they hadn't been swept, mopped or vacuumed for a week. There were so many tables that hadn't been cleanedeither. And the table layout is terrible. It leaves no room for an intimate atmosphere or even an inviting atmosphere. Ifsomeone even coughed at the table next to you you're pretty much done for. With both Covid-19 (and the variants) as well asmonkeypox you would think the cleanliness and safety would be up to par. But it was so bad that we were seated and got up andleft in less than 2 minutes. I do NOT recommend this location at all unless you don't care about cleanliness. Read more

Good service and comfortable sitting area, food is average. I tried the classic lobster roll which was on the seasonal menu. -1... for using straws all over the place for drinks and even water. Unnecessary in 2019, please save plastic and money by not usingit! Read more
Sat at the bar and was attended to right away. Ordered stuffed clams appetizer... Amazing! Perfectly crunchy on the outside and... savory stuffing with seafood inside. Had country fried chicken for lunch. Very good. Read more
