Lately every time I go to Chipotle I haven't been happy with the food. This Chipotle was very good. Everything was fresh and it... reminded me of how it should taste. The customer service was excellent and they got me in and out quickly! Read more
Normally don?t have a problem with this chipotle until I showed up at 9pm to pick up my order and the door was locked. Stood... outside staring inside, with a group of other people who placed their order for pickup. Made eye contact with the staff cleaningthe burrito bar and they continued to ignore me and clean until someone else knocked on the door. A lady closer to us lookedover and went to grab something from the register before the lady at the burrito bar called her over and went to whispersomething to her? And then no one opened the door? Stood there for a little bit more before we notified someone else goingaround the building to another door that wasn?t locked to which we followed. Questioned the staff inside but they answeredrudely. Grabbed my food from the pickup section only to go home and realize they missed my queso and chips. This location is just not large enough to accommodate the ordering line, tables, and pickups. The pickup shelves are only... accessible by walking through the seating area, and often I have to wait in line behind people doing other things - gettingdrinks, checking out, etc. The employees are doing an incredible job despite this!
