Normally don?t have a problem with this chipotle until I showed up at 9pm to pick up my order and the door was locked. Stood... outside staring inside, with a group of other people who placed their order for pickup. Made eye contact with the staff cleaningthe burrito bar and they continued to ignore me and clean until someone else knocked on the door. A lady closer to us lookedover and went to grab something from the register before the lady at the burrito bar called her over and went to whispersomething to her? And then no one opened the door? Stood there for a little bit more before we notified someone else goingaround the building to another door that wasn?t locked to which we followed. Questioned the staff inside but they answeredrudely. Grabbed my food from the pickup section only to go home and realize they missed my queso and chips. Only thing I waslooking forward to eating today and I was made to look stupid outside and then not get half of what I paid for. Read more
They wouldn't let me order at the counter. Had to order online in the empty restaurant. That wasnt that bad but... it's never... fun a big piece of pork in your mouth while eating your VEGAN burrito. ???????? Read more
This location is just not large enough to accommodate the ordering line, tables, and pickups. The pickup shelves are only... accessible by walking through the seating area, and often I have to wait in line behind people doing other things - gettingdrinks, checking out, etc. The employees are doing an incredible job despite this! Very friendly staff but make sure you ck your order b.f you leave. I left the parking lot & almost got on the hwy when I... realized they charged me but forgot to give me the large order of guac. Had to go down the st, turn around & fight the trafficto get back into that difficult & badly designed parking lot, but it was worth it. Love their queso too Read more
This location is poorly run. Staff isn't properly trained. The available ingredients are often of poor quality or just not... available. I've made purchase through the app and had stuff not available when I show up. The staff doesn't know how to give arefund for the missing items and management doesn't respond to bring contacted. The food is good when things don't go wrong,but that's becoming rare to have a good experience here. I'm fine with Chipotle altogether. Read more
This Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves. I order normally from Chipotle in Milford Ma on Medway Road. Very pleasant staff,... clean establishment and am given food that is ordered. I decided to order from Holyoke Chipotle.. after a 5 dollar tip, deliveryfee, tax and rounding up my order came to 24.00 for a burrito bowl. Again no issue. Then it was delivered, I took off the foilcovering and just looked in the bowl.. again taking a second look at my receipt thinking maybe I told them to limit my order? Idecided to go further into investigating and this is what was found; there was 10 pieces of cut up chicken (yup ten small piecesnot normal size), corn salsa I separated and it fit not filled a teaspoon, I did the same for the fresh tomato salsa which alsofit not filled into a teaspoon. I am appalled and disgusted at the establishment and will never order from Holyoke again, theyclearly have no respect for their customers and wish to just make a dollar at the expense of cheating their customers.
