The customer service was great but unfortunately the chef was not pleasant. I sat across the kitchen where I heard the chef... cursing because I sent the steak back 3x to be well cooked. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable because he was dealingwith my food. Date:11/15/22 @11am. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place for anyone to eat if this companyhas a person dealing with food having such an nasty attitude. We, a group of 12, came in 30 minutes before close, they could have been so upset for us doing that to them, but were the exact... opposite. We stopped by Denny's in Holyoke last night (10/14/22) around 10PM and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. Our server,... Lisha R was amazing, very personable, outgoing and attentive. If i could rate 0 stars i would, food is made of plastic! Even the Server knew the food wasn?t satisfying. Save your money and... avoid this place at all costs. I was not the only one complaining. :( Read more

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRR!!!! Honestly wouldn?t give them any starts if it was possible. I ordered through door dash... and we didn?t receive our drinks that came with our combo orders. I called the store and the manager was rudely telling me thatwe did not order any. As I continue to recite my receipt to her and also trying to explain to her that I spent $18 on a mealthat came with barely any meat on it, she?s speaking over me continuously saying that I did not order any drinks and that I wasnot going to talk to her in the tone that I was using. Mind you I?m beyond upset at this point, someone telling me I?m wrong asI?m looking at my receipt and KNOW THAT IM COMPLETELY RIGHT, never mind the fact that I?ve managed restaurants myself and neverever would treat a costumer in the manner that she was treating me. So I told her not even to worry about it, that I?m going tocome into the store myself, and she hangs up on me. The woman was beyond rude, it?s no wonder why her dining room had nocostumers in it. This Denny?s deserves the worst rating, I would never ever recommend anyone to go to Holyoke Denny?s. I went tothe store and proved her wrong with my receipt, got my drinks, had the sandwich remade which I will be feeding to my dog becauseit?s literally that pitiful of a sandwich, it?s empty and nothing like what?s advertised on the menu.
