Ordered ahead on the app to pickup via drive thru. I get to the drive thru - guy who spoke as quiet as a mouse says the drive... thru is closed and I need to park at a pump and walk in. Walked in - order wasn't ready. Had to yell my order at the one otheremployee because she couldn't hear me with an airpod in. If youre in a hurry at all. avoid this location at all costs. Read more
Always a a good place for in the morning but when you go later in the day all the good donuts are gone plus they're kind of... understaffed . I feel bad for the people who work there trying so hard to fill the orders. I would say to them if they did agood job and tried their best. Read more
I attempted to place an order through drive through and the person on the headset was so rude I couldn't even place my order... with out being interrupted and given an attitude. Told her to keep her attitude and went to a dunkin location where I wastreated much better. Tried to call to speak to a manager but this dunkin appearantly doesn't answer their phones. Recommendgoing to another location if you can. No one goes to dunkin donuts to be treated or disrespected like that. Read more
Placed a mobile order 10 minutes ahead of time and it wasn?t even started when I arrived. Not a whole lot of working going on in... there so a bit confused. Took the loss and left without my food because I would have been late for work. Starbucks would neverand so I stick to them. Waste of time and money here, literally. Read more
They charged me, told me they didn't have what I ordered or any of the other 3 things I wouldve been cool replacing it with, and... refused to do a refund and give me my money back so I could go to a different dunkin. Ty for taking my lunch money reallyappreciate :) Read more
Poor pathetic slow service, six people working in the Dunkin' donuts area including manager. All talking laughing giggling and... not doing their job while people are standing at counter and drive-thru. In need of new management and new staff membersimmediately!! Read more
Simple order. Donut w/sprinkles and bagel w/ garden cream cheese. Gave me bag at window. Thought we were done. Drove off a... bit. Realized bagel not in bag. Went into store to retrieve. Rec'd bagel w/no apology. I left, figuring it should be fine. At home realized they gave me bagel w/regular cream cheese. Obviously remembering garden cream cheese and plugging it intoregister was too tough. I don't do regular cream cheese. The trash does however. Name... on receipt - 239759.
