Employee was very friendly and respectful. Also observed her working when she had some downtime. Could tell right away she was a... hard worker and gave the company more than what she was getting paid for. Her last name is King. We were very thirsty on this very hot summer day and needed something cold to quench our thirst. We did a search and this... particular DD popped up. Directions made it very easy to find. We got our nice cold Mango Pineapple refresher. It was agreat choice. The staff were very friendly and handled our order right away. Now that I have found them, I will make sure togo back again. I usually don?t write reviews but Me and my daughters entire order had to be thrown away today after I left the drive threw. My... bagel was charred black and they gave me whatever gross donut they decided instead of what I asked for. The coffee was burntalso and it tasted so bitter We almost threw up first sip. Y?all need to get it together???? this was unacceptable. This new location opened in May 2019. The interior is mostly bare, with ~8 sitting areas. This location is definitely suited... more for drive thru than it is for dining in. The new employees don't seem like they know what they're doing, and rely on themanager to make each order. Read more
Ordered 2 of the cookie butter cold brew drinks. Both made incorrectly and you can see from the photo they were both made with... different even though it?s the same drink. They also left off the cookie crumbles. When the employee handed it to me he evenlaughed and said she made it wrong but ?it?s fine? and walked away. If you notice somethings made wrong wouldn?t you make itcorrect instead of telling the customer it?s wrong and laughing? this location is always messing up orders.
