I just went to restaurant #37294 it was horrible. They took my order quickly in the drive through. When I got to the window they... tried to give me a drink and realized I never ordered one. Then they had me park in order number 1 on the side to wait. That?sfine. But I waited 15 minutes and people parked next to me were coming and going. Some of their food was messed up as well orthey left with their order. In that 15-20 minute wait two different people from the restaurant brought me to other people orders not even close to what I ordered. Finally after watching a few other people go insides after waiting outside as well Iparked my car and went inside . I spoke to an employee . I explained my order. When he spoke to his other McDonald?s crew theyjust shrugged their shoulders and act like they didn?t want to be bothered or don?t know. I waited 10 more minutes and wasasked again what my order was and still jacked it up when I said it back AGAIN. I waited almost 10 more minutes and finally gotmy food. I asked for sauce because they forgot and when I got in my car and left - my order was wrong .I checked and saw most ofthe food on top but the bottom wasn?t the nuggets I ordered . Finally after all that I was given a bacon burger , medium friesand a McRib.?? I ordered a bacon burger , medium fries and 10 piece chicken nugget and paid $13.99 just to wait almost 45minutes 233 Whiting Farms Rd Holyoke, MA 01040 Please help them it was awful. The food was cold and stale also they overcharged us by 10$. The place was also filled woth 16 year old employees and they were... rude. Absolutely never again, also the place was super dirty. Just a warning go to another mcdonalds, there are plenty inholyoke. Read more
I asked for sweet tea they said they didn't have any then said wait we do. Got home n realized they took unsweetened tea n added... liquid sugar. It's not the same and ik mad they lied to me. I would have choose another beverage. Will not patron again Read more
The worse place in town to get food.... it's really the people that can't and won't care if your order is taking 20 plus min....... 8 in the evening is to late to take that long. There was 5 people "working" and only the line cook was hussling. Manager wasuseless Never coming to this location ever again. Read more
No one else in the line but because they want it to look like they are having shorter times I was asked to pull over and wait. I... drive a big truck that takes up 2 spots and doesn?t maneuver well. I would give no stars if I could. Very very bad experience. I encountered a problem with my order as there was a crumpled... piece of paper on top of my fries. I brought it to the Managers attention and was accused of putting the paper there myself. The Manager was very belligerent and finally told me he would get me more fries when he got to it. I finally got my friesbecause I went up to the counter a second time. Again very rude Manager. This was very belittling and embarrassing and no wayto treat a customer especially a senior citizen. I was very very irate over this problem. I also told management that there wasice cream on the floor from the entrance to the counter. This was a very dangerous situation and an accident waiting to happen. It was never cleaned up by anyone. If i could give 0 i swear I would. EVERY TIME i come here i wait forever. I waited about half an hour today.. for a 4 piece... happy meal, and two cookies. The cookies were hard and the nuggets and fries were inedibly stale. That's just today. Last time Iwent at night and i waited twenty minutes. The lady told me she would get to me "whenever she could" after having me wait thatlong. I went around. NO OTHER CATS WERE THERE, NO ONE WAS INSIDE, BUT EVERYONE WAS SITTING IN THE LOBBY AREA!
