So it is that time of year where I brave out and try McDonald's for yet another time. For the last three or four years I've... been wildly disappointed in my experience, hence being reminded why I rarely eat at the world's largest fast food chain.However, tonight all that changed. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Friendly, clean, accurateordering. Fairly clean. Newly remodeled but it's more cafeteria utilitarian now. The previous remodel was nicer, cozy and had a fireplace.... This is uncomfortable and makes you want to leave. Food quality is as to be expected and consistent with other McD. Read more
This is the best McDonald's in Western Mass. They staff is always quick, polite, hardworking and professional. Food is always... fresh. On my last visit my burger was so fresh off the grill it was steaming. Just like you see in commercials. Read more
