Food has shrunk, prices to high for what you get. They always forget something and think it can be fixed by throwing in an extra... something. The improper use of etiquette is disrespectful and offensive " Hi hun, love, sweetie can I help you." I would preferto hear. Welcome to McDonald's, My name is _____ may I take your order, please sir/mam or madam. This could save you from apossible sensual harassment lawsuit. Always lobby is dirt, smell horrible, bath dirt too. Staff are extremely slow. I heard exployee says they are no cleaning well... the kitchen equipment. Not feel safe around a lot of addicted people asking for money. Staff is rude Read more
I would give it a ZERO but it wouldn?t allow me. The worse service EVER! They never have anything that works ie smoothie... machine, ice cream machine, basically none of their machines work.Customer Service Is definitely not their priority! Read more
The only thing that sucks about this McDonald's it does not have infant changing station is bad enough they already took the... refreshment station for crying out loud a little bit of consideration can go a long way especially with the health and safety ofyour customers and your employees I refuse to change our child in a bathroom floor I would rather change our child on the tableif you don't like it kick me out. Management needs to stop being cheap install an infant changing station that's all I'msuggesting. Read more
They always take forever to get your food together and the majority of the workers are very rude and tje inside is usually... disgustingly dirty. I'd recommend a different McDonald's of you're able to go elsewhere definitely do it. The food is always hotand fresh either it's a total waste of time patience and money of you ask me! Read more

The area isn't great but you can't blame the restaurant for that however the service is good
