I dine at this location with my daughter about a week ago and I was very pleased with the customer service our waiter I think... his name was Shelby was amazing, very attentive and kind. As a Canadian living in Ontario, we don't have this restaurant around at all. So when preparing for my weekend and a half trip... to the USA, I visited the area online and saw this place! it looked great, and after visiting, I can agree to just that! Theserver Martin was very enthusiastic, and very sweet! He took mine and my friend's orders so quickly and efficiently, with agreat attitude. Almost thought I was back in Canada again with that whole "nice" stereotype we have! The food was great! Ienjoyed the onions rings very much, not really expecting such a big tower. My burger as well was delicious, I had the pleasureof having the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the sauce was very nice. Along with a root beer float, it was a nice way to end myfirst day in the USA. After having a great experience in the Red Robin in Warwick, I was looking forward to visiting this location after a day at Six... Flags. It was such a disappointment. The first two baskets of garlic parmesan fries were great. (Therefore the 2 stars).Unfortunately the ones with our burgers were dry. Just fries with the parm sprinkled on them but nothing to hold it on them(like oil like the first ones). The burgers had no flavor and the level to which they were cooked varied by A LOT although weall asked for the same ?some pink?. The waiter did not offer us the drink menu and the small tent announcing house margaritasfor $3.99 only showed strawberry and peach mango so I ordered a beer before I spotted the drink menu standing at a nearby table.My husband went and got it and I saw they also had lime margaritas. Oh boy, was it nasty! Worse I?ve had. Ever. And that?s myusual drink. It was basically just sour mix with maybe a hint of tequila, as you can see by the intense green color. They've changed a lot over the last few years and NOT for the better. With so few people, the service was very slow. The food... was very bland. My wife and I were supposed to be getting bottomless fries. I finished my fries and sandwich, then sat therepatiently waiting while the server took my empty plate and didn't return with more fries. Furthermore, it's evident that theymust not be doing their rewards program anymore. I had a card but the server said, "we go by phone number now". Nowhere on mybill did it say what I had for points or how much I needed to get my freebie. I will NOT be returning to any Red Robin. Theservice and quality is not even close to what it used to be. After having a great meal and overall good experience at the Enfield Red Robin. I was so looking forward to the Holyoke... restaurant. Sometimes we?re just in the mood for those oversized steak fries. They always offer a basket of them while you waitfor your meal, and the quantity they serve will get you feeling full before your meal makes it to the table. Not at all the casehere. My family and I arrived for lunch around 2:30 pm. We were seated right away. Our waitress was pleasant but the servicewas extra slow for this time of day. We were not asked if we would like a basket of fries while we waited for our meals. All ofour meals arrived with these bottom-of-the-bag fries that were over cooked or fried in oil that needed to be changed. They weresmall pieces, dark in color, and crunchy. I put a picture below of our fries and another picture of fries I took from a RedRobin internet site to compare. So disappointing. Our burgers were all cooked the same, even though we each asked for specificcooking instructions. I ordered the Royal RR burger, which comes with a fried egg. The egg was over cooked and the yoke wasdried solid. We will return to the Enfield store in the future but the Holyoke store is off the list for good. Read more
