Pizza is good but the service was terrible. We waited for an hour and a half and never got our pizza. After watching people get... their food who came in after us, we asked at the counter and they hadn?t even started making it but said they would make itright away. After seeing more people get their food as we continued to wait we asked again about our food and they still hadn?tstarted making it so we got our money back and left. We were waiting with 5 kids, kind of hard to miss if anyone was payingattention. Needless to say we will not be back. Read more
If I could give it less than one star, I would. My girlfriend and I ate at the Homedale location for the first time. I was... almost not wanting to even enter, just seeing how dirty the front door was (gross!). We went inside though and as we're payingfor a buffet, I spot the floor in the kitchen, which has food/scraps scattered all about. I was then handed a salad bowl that Ihad to return as it wasn't clean. The cashier handed a new bowl back to me with her hand that just had cash in it. I thenproceeded to the salad bar and was really disturbed by how badly the lettuce was soggy, wilted, and just unfresh. I was temptedat this point to just ask for a refund and find a different restaurant. But we were quite hungry so we both picked through thesalad. Most of the salad bar offerings were low, had other sides intermixed, the utensils were gunked-up, and the broccoli wasgray on the cut ends (not fresh). I wasn't very impressed by the cleanliness, or lack thereof by the men's restroom. But atthis point, I wasn't surprised either. The finale of our disappointing experience was when I went to the counter to see if theyhad toothpicks. They did, but they were the cocktail kind with fuzzy adornments on the tops. The container had to be opened withboth hands and the contents picked out carefully without touching the rest. Problem was, you couldn't tell if they were new, orused!! I pushed open the exit door to leave, (couldn't do it quickly enough!) the glass was terribly smudged and the handle wasall sticky! I've been to several other IPC locations and this has been the worst one I've visited yet. The Caldwell one issubpar in my opinion too. But the ones in Weiser and Fruitland are definitely doing something right. If I were you, I'd getsteer clear of the one In Homedale. Read more
Food is good. However, our service was terrible (with the exception of the woman taking out orders and bussing tables, she was... phenomenal). We were traveling and thought stopping for pizza would be a good rest for us and our toddler. Could not have beenmore wrong. After waiting 30 minutes and noticing everyone ordering after us were served, we asked about our pizza order. Wewere told by the kid at the counter that he didn?t know where our order was and that it was ?lost? without letting us know howthis would be remedied he ended the conversation and walked away. My husband and toddler went to the car, at this point we hadbeen there an hour and our toddler couldn?t hang. Our pizza was finally brought out with no explanation. We understand that itwas busy but the level of incompetence was astounding, especially after having to listen to the same employee complain about howbusy it was (after watching him stand at the counter doing nothing while his co workers were busting out pizzas and cleaning upafter large parties of customers). We will never stop at this location ever again because of this. The pizza was phenomenal butI would recommend teaching the front counter staff some customer service skills. Read more
I would not recommend. The staff was slacking off and there were no clean tables, so we had to give them dirty cups that were on... a table and they didn't even offer to wipe it down. We even found a bug on one of the pizza utensils and they did not even giveus a sorry or give us a new spatuala, they just took it. Not just that, but the pizza itself was not worth 20$. We've gone to Idaho pizza before, but this has probably been one of the worst experiences dining in. The restaurant was near... empty but almost every table was dirty. We found a bug on one of the spatulas and when we showed it to one of the employees,they took it didn't even offer to re-make the pizza. There is no excuse for this kind of service. Not the best idaho pizza I?ve had but it was good. The lady at the register was very sweet and accommodating since their soda... machine was down and they only had 3 employees. Sign on the window asks you to be patient because they are understaffed. Kudosto all the girls I seen working yesterday trying to hold the place together. Read more
It took 4 hours for a pizza to be delivered. By the time we got it the cheese was hard. And for the last 2 hours that we waited... nobody answered the phone to tell us what was going on I will not order from them again ever Read more
