So, yes I was one of those jerks that pulled into the drive thru just a few minutes before closing. I thought it might be okay... since there was already another car in front of me and there was still about 10 minutes to closing. All of the lights were on,even the ones on the drive thru ordering menu. So I sat there and I sat there and I sat there and nothing. I thought surelysomeone will come on to say "I'm sorry we're closed" but... nothing but crickets. So, I finally gave up. I was driving aroundthe front to leave just as the little weasel was turning the clearly lit up OPEN sign, off. Seriously? How hard would it havebeen for you to get on your little speaker and tell me that you had decided to close a few minutes early that day, instead ofletting me sit there and look like a jackass for God knows how long? Ordered at the drive thru. Both sandwiches were missing cheese. They clearly asked what kind of cheese we wanted. There is... always some kind of letdown at the Homedale location. Read more
Pretty good quality, you probably won?t get sick. If you place a large order, you should only order the same sandwiches. They do... not believe the sandwiches need labeled so you will have to unwrap and figure out which sandwich goes to whom. This alwaysdisappoints someone and is extremely aggravating if you have ordered 8 or 10 sandwiches. Very consistent in this, you can askbut they won?t label the sandwiches. Read more
Horrible service by a staff of unprofessional kids. Ordered a simple sandwich - through the drive through. Got home and it did... not come close to what I order. Took it back and got my money back. Instead of doing the right thing - I was handed a receiptand was told to make sure to check the bank because they didn't know if the return worked. At a minimum would have been we'reso sorry Mr. Hawkins, can we please make another for you, especially when I had to drive back into the store and miss lunch. Read more
Worst cold cut combo I've ever had! Apparently it's better to walk in instead of using the drive thru so you can watch what... they're doing. I only got the cheapest cut of meat and not the other meats that were supposed to be on it! Read more
Was super impressed came in with a group of six and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Made all six sandwiches in record... speeds and even remember every sandwich when we went to pay. Only constructive criticism we have is that the Italian herb andcheese bread was a little stale on the ends. But other than that I definitely give this subway five outta five stars! Thank youfor a pretty great meal! Love how they have outside seating...... Oh and on a side note.... the bathroom doesn't have a changingtable so not accommodating for people with babys. Read more
I have a food allergy so I asked if they could use a clean knife and to please change gloves while doing my sandwich and they... were more then willing to do it for me. Very understanding and also courteous. Read more
