My food was cold and not cooked as I requested it. Missing ingredients that was suppose to come with my meal. The corn on the... cob ,that was served to me, was not fresh and tasted disgusting. The portion size of their food was small for their prices. They're understaffed, it took some time to even get a waitress to serve us. Overall, I don't recommend this restaurant. Read more
This is the third incident that we had at Chili?s in Homer Glen! I don?t think the servers care about hygiene at all. They... always looks so dirty, and my last visit the guy had a full runny nose serving food. I will never return to Chilies again I?mabsolutely disgusted. We were there today & everything was wonderful thanks to our server Emma. Had 2 kids with us. We were disorganized & disheveled.... Emma was so sweet & efficient. Great service, food, & experience. It?s sad that now a days we have to be shocked with goodservice but Emma truly rocked. Kudos to her. She definitely deserves praise from management. Thank you. Read more
We have bought the Party Platter Custom Combo in the past to get some steaks for a big family. Usually they are great. So got it... again for my birthday. The steaks were on the dry side, and the salad we got might have been a little old. The croutons werereally stale. The corn, potatoes, and fries were all as great as ever, so it wasn't all bad. Will try again, but will give themsome time as it might have been an off night. We all have them. Read more
