I order from this Pepes pretty regularly and have always ordered online to ensure my special instructions are on. Easy stuff... too, like "no pico" or "corn tortillas plz." Today was my final straw with ordering from here and being quiet about the messups. This location can continually mess up our order or like my most recent send me someone else's order. When you call thestore you tend to be on hold forever if ever answered. If you are looking for good Mexican food and service that won't make youfeel like a piece or garbage, do NOT go here. This location serves everything on the dry side. The rice was dry, the torillias were dry the chicken in the enchiladas was dry.... Go to the Tinley Park location much better... Read more

Waitress was nice. However, salsa was like ketchup. Ordered tacos, taquitos, and tamales. Tacos absolutely covered in cilantro... and very dry. Barely tasted anything. Taquitos tasted like store bought microwaveable after school snacks. Tamales were verydisappointing. Chicken was somehow gritty, entire meal was just just sloppy. Read more

The food is not as good as it used to be. "Extras" such as tomatoes, sour cream, mild/hot sauce and napkins are either smaller,... not readily available or come with a charge. The food was a bit bland and very average - on par with Taco Bell these days. Read more

I am a regular patron of this restaurant. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is always hot fresh and... tasty. The owner is always there and sometimes even delivers food to your table. A real hands on kind of guy I'd recommendanything on the menu but my favorites are the steak fajitas and the stuffed taco dinner The Pina Colada is my favorite drink.They are the best around but, uf you like margaritas, go on Wednesday, it's half price margarita day. This Pepe's is good if you're dining in, but the quality really goes down when you order take out. Every time we have picked up... or gotten delivery, our food has either been inaccurate, stale, or cold (not cold from sitting either, cold like out of therefrigerator). Read more

Disappointed this time. I ordered the Pancho Villa dinner for delivery, and it didn't have any flavor. It was supposed to come... with avacado slices, lime and pico, but all I got was steak and onions. The meat was tender, just didn't have any flavor. For$25 it should come with everything listed in the description on the menu. Read more
