The worst Popeyes location I've been to. Order is always wrong, never get any condiments I ask for, always get the wrong size... meal. Staff is never friendly. Been here 3 times hoping it would change, because I like Popeyes. Won't be coming back anytimesoon. Read more

I could not ask for a more pleasant experience or interaction with the staff. Personally theBEST Popeye's location I have ever visited. I had an amazing experience not only with the staff but the food was wonderful. The manager Nikki Bisdorf was very informative... and treated me like family. I recently visited popeyes in homerville passing through on my way to Florida . By far the most pleasant experience in a fast... food restaurant I?ve ever had . The young lady that took my order was soooooo sweet and genuinely seemed happy to help and evenconversed with us while we waited for our food. She made small talk with us, asked where we were from / traveling to .. she washonestly just so lovely. I had to speak to the manger to let her know how refreshing it was to be greeted with genuine kindness. The manger was overwhelmingly appreciative of the feedback and mentioned how proud she was to work with such a wonderful staffand she would personally make sure that young lady was recognized for her exceptional customer service ! We will definitely holdevery other Popeyes reputation to the standard of this staff and store ! They didn?t just set the bar , THEY ARE THE BAR ! Read more

Great tasting chicken, Its always hot and juicy. Customer service is very welcoming. I always have a great experience when I... visit. Next time you're in there ring the bell. It let's them know that you had a great experience, and was very well satisfied.I'm glad that we had a Popeyes come to Homerville. I was tired of eating Carter's high priced chicken and it stopped tastinggood. Nothing to do with the cook, miss jane is awesome. Well we were excited about this place coming to Homerville considering there is only a couple places to eat. Everytime we have... been here we wait almost 30 mins to get our food. Its called fast food for a reason. This place is the complete opposite offast. This place needs help. No wonder dairy queen has a line out to the road still and no one is ever in the parking lot forthis place. Read more
