This place was an amazing accidental find when we went to visit the Everglades.. They have hands-down, the best lemon, drop... martini I have ever had in my entire life. There was a bunch of other interesting looking beverages on the menu as well. I wishI had been there longer to give more of them a try. The food was also spectacular and I will definitely coming back here nexttime. I am in the area. This was the most stand out restaurant we went to during this long weekend. Read more
NICE, CHARMING HISTORIC HOTEL AND BAR. MUCH IMPROVED SINCE OUR LAST VISIT. DECOR STILL NEEDS SOME MORE TASTEFUL TWEAKS. CHEF... ENRIQUE IS VERY TALENTED, ENGAGING, AND PERSONABLE. BUT STILL GETTING SOME MINOR MENU FOOD SUBSTITUTIONS NOT MENTIONED PRIOR TOORDERING. BAR STAFF ARE ELEGANT, CHARMING, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. MARTINI PRICES CAME BACK DOWN TO PLANET EARTH. WE'LL BE BACK. Wonderful historic hotel with modernized rooms. This is a bed and breakfast set up as we were served breakfast as part of our... stay. Nice restaurant on the first floor. Parking in the rear with stairway access from the parking lot to the rooms on thesecond floor. Read more
