Smh you Better off going to racetrack down the road for your fast freshly pizza
I ordered online and created a pizza with mushrooms, extra cheese, extra ham and extra pineapple; when I picked it up and... checked the pizza, it was completely regular amount of ingredients (almost nothing), I asked to the front counter guy to pleaseadd the ingredients I paid for and told me they needed to make a new pizza and I needed to wait 10 min, after 10 minutes he gaveme the same pizza and now it was cold. I just didn?t want to lose my time, it is always a waste of time and money at that store,they have the worst costumer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely do it. Read more
Horrible! Placed order thru door dash last night. Delivery was great! Custom pizza & pizza bread horrible! Thin crust no sauce,... seems they just tossed everything in a rush & put closed sign up! Will never order from there again. Trying to reachheadquarters get refund what a joke! I hope they go out of business! Hope all these huge corporations go out of business! Whatthey deserve! This store can have long lines but Little Ceasars has one of the best mobile app and pick-up processes. It is always... entertaining to watch the faces of all the annoyed people in line as I walk right past, scan my phone, grab my pizza, andleave. The few times I have interacted with the staff, it has not been great but that is rather typical of Miami customerservice. Unless you have something cold you need for your order, you can avoid them with the app. We have never had an issueswith our order and this location has the typical Little Ceasars quality and cost. Use the app and don't show up until thesystem says your order is ready for pick-up. Read more
The lines at Little Caesars are always long. But they made this process even simpler. Just download the app and wait like 30... minutes and your pizza is ready. You don't have to go and wait to pay for a pizza and then wait for your pizza to be made. Youmake this process way more faster and you won't get a headache. -Bluick Read more
I ordered a light sauce pizza with crazy bread at 8:51 and was told the wait would be 10 minutes. I arrive to the cash register... at 9:05 thinking it was ready. They told me it wasn?t done. After waiting another 10 minutes I kept asking if my order was done.Once I was irritated and furious with the wait I asked the lady again for my order and she asked for my name again! I told hermy name and told me there was no order under my name. She kept telling I probably called the wrong one but I always call thesame little Cesar?s and I have the store saved on my phone. Honestly really disappointed with how things were handled and wasnot offered no credit or anything they had on hand or not even a manager. First time there, so I didn't know what to expect. The lady told me approximately 15 minutes, for one pizza. After 40 minutes I... received my pizza, and when I got home 7 minutes later, it was barely warm. Other customers told me to order online next time,since that's way faster.
