When we come to Homestead we always stop by Marios. Great Cuban food. We always love their Shrimp Enchiladas with their specials... sauce. Excellent. The yucca is very good also and their black beans. Another favorite of mine is their plantains. Really good. Read more

Mario's is great!! #1 restaurant in Homestead Fl. We stumbled on it because we were looking for outdoor seating. The name... Mario's Family restaurant is a misnomer. This is not a family restaurant with mediocre food. It is a top shelf Cuban-Americanrestaurant. Great food, reasonable prices and friendly, attentive service. Tonight I had baby back ribs, sweet plantains andrice and black beans - a huge delicious meal - for $20. Read more
Arrived late for a family dinner on a weeknight. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. Though some choices were... sold out by the time we arrived, their menu gave us plenty of other food choices. Share the large portions or plan forleftovers! Highly recommended. Read more
I just got my Mario?s delivered tonight and I can?t believe how inedible This food is. It?s so bad that I just have to post... photos. The steak is hard and chewy, and way over cooked..... at least my cat likes it. HORRIBLE UPDATE: I took the food backand they remade it. At least the customer service was good. Read more
