I love pollo Tropical ? 1 k % , however , today service at this pollo tropical in question was Horrid. It want open on time and... the drive through line was long and grueling. If there is a car at the drive through window and there is an issue then theCashier should tell that vehicle to park while their order is being resolved so it doesn?t halt progress And efficient service.Furthermore , I did not get not 1 napkin. ? Can you please keep the females at the register because you had some guy there yesterday night and he was rude and had an... attitude because he could not understand what a large cup of ice is. He gave me a small cup then after I told him what I wantedhe goes and gives me a large cup of water And I?m saying I just need a large cup of ice. Then he gets an attitude because hedoesn?t understand and tells me I?m holding up the line because of a cup of ice no sir the line has been held up because you?reincompetent, this was the longest I ever sat in line to get to the window at this location. I am not ordering food because itdoesn?t agree with my stomach I usually go for a large cup of mango tea but you guys are no longer serving it. I needed a largecup of ice because I am in the process of moving and I don?t have a refrigerator yet and I?m redesigning my kitchen, do I haveto explain all this and then on top of it I didn?t feel like getting out of my car. He has a problem where he blames everybodyelse talking about oh she told me water no you?re just lying and it doesn?t matter because I told you. Please improve your customer service. The majority of the time (and this is not a reach) I ask for utensils, napkins, sauces, I... get dealt with rudeness and disrespect. Just today, I ordered a Caesar salad and the young lady tells me she doesn?t havedressing so I ask for avocado dressing instead. She proceeds to give me rudest attitude including throwing the utensils into thebag. Another thing, why sell me a salad without dressing? I come to this location a lot. I have my upmost respect for foodservice workers and understand how wages can impact quality. But to avoid conflict, I better stay away and urge others to thesame. Not worth spending money. Read more
What a joke. 3rd time in a row I get a baby chicken piece that?s barely bigger than the fork? Ordered Togo. No silverware No... napkins No sauce (why even ask?) This place never have the sauces. We were lucky because they only had bbq today and when they gave it to us it had some yellow... sauce all over it that they claimed they didn?t have. I think the staff either needs more training or more heavy discipline with customer service because every time I come here I... always have something that?s either incorrect or missing and also this is the third time I come that I see my plantains areburned. Yesterday I came and specifically asked for a large Tropi chop and a small Tropi chop and The large Tropi chop wassupposed to be crispy chicken and when I got to the window I see they charge me for three tropi chops and the large one theygave it to me regular chicken when I specifically asked that I wanted crispy chicken and they told me last minute they didn?thave it they could?ve told me at least from the very beginning they didn?t have crispy chicken this place honestly has a veryhard time following simple instructions please better yourselves on customer service it?s really not that hard to follow somesimple instructions Read more
