As a frequent customer to this restaurant I want to give feedback on my latest dinning experience at sushi sake redland. The... food was good per usual. The server Patricia R, was by far the worst server I?ve ever had at this establishment. She was notattentive, unwelcoming and arrogant. Not once did she come to ask how we were doing nor refilled any drinks. Yet she had time tobe on her phone and laughing with other coworkers. Instead the young men who were cleaning the tables were more attentive thanher. And she had AirPods on - so on profesional. Read more
When I first moved here almost 4 years ago, this place was really good. When I went there recently, MUCH had changed...and NOT... for the better. The place was filthy and disgusting! There were tiny bugs flying around in the dining area, the floor lookedlike it had never been swept, the item my date ordered made her physically ill to the point of vomiting. My hibachi entree hadinsects in the fried rice. The kitchen staff were openly eating on the prep line and stations while cooking the food. 1 went outfor a cigarette, got his hands all dirty outside and then came back in to handle food without washing his hands. AbsolutelyGROSS!! The health inspector needs to shut this place down before somebody's family member or loved one gets sick or worse! WeWON'T be back! I could give no stars for this review, I would. I would start off by saying don?t go to such and such but i can?t because the server didn?t introduce herself. We arrived around... 8 so it was pretty empty. The hostess was ok but i asked one question and she said i don?t know ask the server. As soon as theserver came she said ?Y?all ready?? We ordered our and continue to have a good time until a coworker came in on his lunch breakand sat right next to us to eat his lunch (Subway) and ate his food very loudly he was cursing talking to his co workers veryunprofessional. This went on for like 20 minutes. Our server brought our food and it wasn?t good at all. It didn?t taste fresh.I forgot to add the fact that the AC wasn?t not on and the water was room temperature. We just left this place. Although our boat was good, very expensive but good, the place was disgusting. We will not be going... back. When we were walking in, the tables outside were dirty. 45 minutes later, upon walking outside, the same tables werestill dirty. Inside, floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned all weekend. Tables and chairs were in dissary. And theservice, awful. I had to call across the restaurant to get our server to bring us napkins, chopsticks and plates. She bringsour dinner and doesn't bother to pick up appetizer dishes, brings our check and STILL leaves the dirty dishes. It even took usa while to get someones attention to serve us water. We visited this location on Wednesday 6/8 and the waitress was excellent. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated.... After that we noticed flies on the tables and by the sushi station. After we were served our food we see one of the sushiprepares holding a baby kitten and we can hear it crying. The kitten was behind the sushi counter where they prepare the food. Iwas shocked. Then the table porter grabs the kitten and is holding it next to the person that's preparing sushi. I told ourwaitress "wow that poor kitten" and she then tells me "I know they have CATS back there".... (plural) so now it's not just 1baby kitten it's multiple behind the counter where they serve food. We were discussed. Definitely not coming back. Read more
I?m not sure if the business hours are wrong on google or they just don?t wanna open but I came here two times in the middle of... the day and they were closed. The sushi is pretty good here, everything seemed fresh and well prepared. The Hibachi and Entréeswere cold and kind of bland so I would only come here for the Sushi Read more
First time I went to dine-in and they had no shrimp lol. I thought that was funny. Either way the food was delicious, but the... service took FOREVER. Second time was take-out. Everything was delicious! One rold was super messy in the container. Food wasamazing though. Read more
Been coming here for a long time. But after purchasing the steak teriyaki dinner I don?t think I will be purchasing it again.... $27.50 is a ridiculous price to pay to say the least for a 1/2 lb of rice and 7 measly pieces of steak. Read more
