They never ever answer the phone and the order is never complete when ordering online!
Disappointing. We purchased a 8pc bucket meal w/tenders +2pcs of additional chicken. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw were... fine. All the chicken, however, was overcooked. Dry and flavorless. Probably from sitting in the heater too long. Even the kidswould not eat the tenders because they said, "it's too chewy". I tried a bite...They were right. It's been a few years sincewe've had KFC. Next time I think we'll try Popeyes. Read more
Order mobile at 10 Saud they close at 1030 doors were locked with a big sign that says mobile orders pickup inside.

I ordered 6 plain wings with side sauce and instead I got hot wings that I couldn't eat. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and... it was dry so overall I wasted my money. Threw everything out with only a bite or two. Read more
Online says they are open till 1030pm, I'd suggest calling in your order by 10. I called for their hours @ 10, showed up @ 1015... and was told "were closed", it did get me a free meal on my next visit but burned me then. Sorry I don't have a picture of acoupon for you. Read more
KFC Homestead drive-thru nasty make sure you check your bags before you go. No mayo top or bottom,slaw that neeed mixed.
Two words come to mind LAZY and Unprofessional. My last 4-times coming here in the last two months have all proven to be one or... the other. 1st time I paid for my family meal with a $100 dollar bill. The girl at the window was asked if I had another because this one is fake. Very childish and unprofessional. I wondered where her supervisor was. 2nd time was just yesterday.They asked me to go ahead with my order, never answered thru the speaker again. I had to go inside and everyone including theone adult female in there PRETENDED like nothing happened. Today was the last straw honestly. When getting to the window I askedif I could up-size my small coleslaw to a large and was told, "sorry it was already made." OK. How hard is it to SCOOP ANOTHERone? Best part is, when you get home 9 times it of 10 your food dry, wing it BOTH. I honestly wish they would make thisrestaurant another Chick-fil-A.
