I was so disappointed with my experience here. I visited on Saturday after a great day with my partner seeing some movies. We... were sat in the bar area and our waitress was incredibly rude. I believe she was a bartender, but that isn't an excuse to treatus poorly. She laughed at both my partner and I's orders, laughed at the fact that I needed a substitution because of anallergy, and she gave my partner his order and it was incorrect, and she was so kind to every other table except for ours. Wehad done nothing wrong and had been pleasant toward her when we arrived, but she acted like she was disgusted with us the entiretime we were eating. When we had asked for boxes, she gave us tiny ones that didn't fit our food and when she asked how we werepaying and we responded with cash, she just walked away from us entirely. Overall 7.5/10 Service 7/10 When we first entered, the hostess and waiters did not really seem to know what was going on. The... wait staff seemed newer, so that's fine. The servers were prompt with taking our orders although they struggled with thetablet-like device they were using to do so. They were very friendly, and personable, however, if not professional. Food5/10 When our drinks arrived, a couple of us got milkshakes that were already melted by the hot glasses they were served in. Myburger was great, but one of our party had an obviously burnt burger. The edges were blackened to inedibility. We aren't thetype to complain, because almost every one of us has worked in the industry, but the cooks should have known better than toserve that. Cleanliness 10/10 The whole place was incredibly clean, and I saw staff bussing tables as soon as the customers hadleft. Service was great! Had a larger party to celebrate Father's Day and they were very accomidating when no one else would be. Food... was delicious as always and staff was very friendly. There is always a fun atmosphere to be had with the fun decorations, theykeep the live sports rolling on the tvs to keep all parties entertained. There new drink selections and dessert menu is anexcellent addition. Only disappointment we had is they removed their chili which was a family favorite. But, in turn they addeda bunch of new selections to choose from to keep the flavors changing. Will definitely come back soon. Read more

We came here twice within a month. I'm not sure why we haven't visited this restaurant earlier. They serve bottomless fries!!!... Other restaurants may serve bottomless soap, bread, or salad. But no other restuarant offer bottomless fries!!! I love fries andI am definitely coming back!! Anyway, the first time we came my husband and I both ordered vegetarian burgers, and they werevery good. Second time we visited, we ordered meat burgers and also very good. Their milkshake was also very good too. Not tomention, the location of the resturant is great, right next to the shopping area, Costco (I shop there a lot), the movietheatre, and the river trail. I just bought a burger; it was burnt, dry and bitter. The burger cost $16.87. It had lettuce, a splash of guacamole that you... can?t taste, egg, burnt patty and cheese. I called since it?s late and I was told I have to take the order back to the store toget a replacement. At this point I want a refund. I didn?t even use the reward app to get points and I gave the cashier atip. I have visited the waterfront Red Robin?s more than once and it was ok. Red Robin in The Waterfront is a pretty good place to eat. The staff is awesome. I have never had a problem with the staff ever.... I go there all of the time. However this time we went and I could tell the grease definitely needed changed and their ice creammachine was down so my little boy was a little let down.
