Update 2: been over another week and still no refund. The food that was prepared had hair in it that matched my sandwich... artist. Again this is a reflection on this franchise and its owner. Update: this is a reflection on the franchise not thecompany. Called back regarding refund and spoke with manager. She said she'd talk to owner. It's been almost a week and I stillhaven't received my money back.... For what it's worth the manager seemed nice. After ordering my food I came on here to leavea 5 star review. While I typed up my review I discovered a sanitation issue that prevented my family from being able to eat thefood we had just purchased. I brought this to the workers attention and was offered a replacement sub. I explained thatsanitation issue could have impacted other deli meats/cheeses/etc and declined a remake. For a refund I was told to go on thewebsite. Subway doesn't have a refund page on their site that I could find. In the end I spoke with the owner and she said shewould make things right. For that reason I've withheld details on here. It was just a frustrating experience all around. And itcould've been prevented by requiring an item of apparel as part of uniform. Read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup from their website. When my husband picked up the sandwiches mine was incorrect. I ordered a... flatbread double meat oven roasted chicken sandwich with provolone, fresh mozzarella, pickles and cucumbers. What they made wasan Italian on flatbread with provolone, pickles and cucumbers. No extra meat, incorrect protein, and no fresh mozzarella. Whenmy husband asked for a replacement they said they don't do that. They also said they were out of flatbread and did not carry thefresh mozzarella. I want to know what makes it ok to charge someone for the sandwich but give them something else entirely? Wepaid for the extra cheese and the extra meat. You can't just give people random sandwiches and charge them for it and then noteven apologize. We get sandwiches from there often because of work and more often than not they have been incorrect. I usuallylet it go, but this time getting a completely wrong sandwich, being charged for what was ordered but not received, and gettingattitude from the staff just left a sour taste in my mouth. For as often as I have ordered from this store I will be taking mymoney elsewhere. Because I work hard and don't appreciate getting attitude over something that should have been an easy fix andthat should have never happened in the first place. Read more

The girl who worked on March 25 was in back for at least 8 min when my Son got waited on he asked for small amt of mayo on sub... his friend got chicken teriyaki sub they both threw there subs in garbage couldn?t eat them too much mayo and to much teriyakisauce . Bad service and food was terrible such a shame to waste food and money. Time was around 7pm. Read more

My first sandwich had cold meat all the way through because the lady toasted multiple sandwiches at 1 time, then I asked for it... to be remade and she microwaved the chicken so it was hot but only the exterior of the chicken was warm interior ice cold againate a few bites and threw it away i spent $25 this trip and I?m always here won?t be coming back for awhile might quit going tothe company in general Read more

I went to subway tonight and I never had such bad experience or laziness In any restaurant. I walked in the sign said it was... open. I proceed to go in and the worker tells me "oh were just closing" and wouldn't wait on me. If there was a way to put nostar I would. It would of I guess took a lot out of him to make a sandwich. It might took so much time out of his day.I haveworked In many restaurants and if a customer walks in and the door isn't locked we were required to wait on them. I can'tbelieve subway is ok with their employees just blowing a customer off.. I'll make sure I let anyone I know and social media letthem know not to go there. This was on 7/29/21 at 759 I walked in. I didn't realize it was even closed because the open signwas on and the door was open. I didn't get his name but I'm disgusted how that guy was . I hope something comes of this becauseI've never in my life had such lazy/rude behavior in any restaurant I've been to. Subway needs to start paying attention towhat's going on at the their establishment. Read more

So myself and one of my individuals I care for went in there today and the woman behind the counter had such a bad attitude and... was very rude to us both but especially my individual who even herself noticed and spoke to me about it. Today we walked in to the subway waterfront around 3:30 pm. There was a girl there who was so cold and giving us tough looks all... the times.
